We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated below. We only accept returns upon approval.
-You can initiate a return within 14 days of your package being delivered, and if it meets our return conditions.
-Email us with your order number and request to return or exchange to email@example.com.
-If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, the sale will be final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
-We will not open or process returns that have not been approved.
-Once your return/exchange is approved, you will be provided with a return label. You have 21 days from that date to mail your return or exchange back to us. Once that label has expired, we will no longer be able to accept your return.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.
– If your order received free shipping and is returned, a flat fee of $5 will be deducted from your return total. This helps us buffer the cost of shipping.
-Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back.
-Shipping fees are non refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
-Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of refund approval.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged or soiled. Merchandise must be in a condition ready for resale.
-Items must also be in the original packaging.
-"Final Sale" items cannot be returned.
-Non-exchangeable items include:
Sale items, Gift cards, Earrings, Intimates.
– International orders are not eligible for returns
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Therefore, it is very unlikely for our customers to receive damaged merchandise. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a return or exchange.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We do not ship damaged merchandise and we do not accept damaged merchandise. If you item was damaged during transportation or for any delivery issues please contact the shipping company indicated in your tracking and provide them with your tracking number for assistance.
